  Normally I don't like to complain about places with service however, I've had more than one bad experience in the last few months at this DQ. I come here all the time with my family and usually when I come I order the Peanut Buster Parfait but switch out the nuts for Crispy Crunch as I don't like peanuts. I've never really had a problem with this since I'm subbing one for the other but now they want to charge $0.85 for the substitution PER layer. How does this make sense when I'm just wanting to replace one thing for another. There's no way the teaspoon of a sprinkling of crispy crunch would equal the amount of $0.85 anyways. Also the last three weeks they haven't been able to flip over the blizzards we have ordered cause the ice cream is soooo soft. Baskin Robbins is looking real good right now!

  The cashier completely ignores the details of your order and puts in whatever. As a result, you get something you didn't ask for. So if you have dietary restrictions like myself (cheese is a no no), stay away from this place.
