  Very, very, very slow. If you order food inside, prepare to wait at least 20 mins. I have never had an order that was fast. The drive-thru is also very slow. The staff need better training. What the heck are the owners doing? Avoid if possible

  They have a machine for ordering thats be broken for months now an has caused problems others inline all complaining also

  Service is horrendous!!! Slow as hell, food sucks. Just waited over 15min for a poutine because they were out of gravy to finally get a poutine after complaint and the gravy was cold! Then they asked for my receipt when I asked for my money back. Really come on I've been waiting in line.

  McDonald's used to be fast food, in and out, this location has to be one of the slowest at getting your food. Good luck getting your food in less than ten minutes after ordering it.15 minutes is the average I would say for me there.
