  So disappointed! I love the Chalet Swiss, but came in *starving* after the lunch rush, got seated and ignored. After 15 minutes of watching the staff avoid eye contact, we left... Still starving. Epic fail!

  Went in at lunch time. Waited for 15 mins 3 other tables were seated and servered. A waitress never even came to our table won't be coming back. Side note the location smells strongly of urine.

  I went in for dinner and tried the new crispy chicken they offered. I ordered their cheddar jalapeño mashed potatoes and their Mac & cheese. The chicken was bland & was clearly sitting in their warmer for what felt like hours. The mashed potatoes were pretty good and the mac & cheese was okay. Service was great and is why this review isn't a 1 star. She was polite and friendly, but didn't offer many refills or finger bowls. It feels like the quality Cara Foods used to have is now gone. Instead of going up against good restaurants, they're in the thick of the low end fast food joints now. Sad, really.

  Waitress was very pleasant. The food was good but I rather put on my own sour cream and the potato was not cooked well

  Washroom, sitting area clean spotless and smelt Good. Its the first things I look at, to understand the place of business. Very good customer service, didn’t have any issues ordering food, food prep areas were clean, and no major reason for concern. Customer service was polite, from taking the order to picking up food, and then sitting and eating. Will def visit again without hesitation!! - Cheers Ryan
